[ct-user] win2k question

I just installed CTWIN 10.03.002 on a windows 2000 computer.  It seems to be
operating correctly except that I can't move any of the sub-windows by
dragging with the mouse.  The dragging operation works OK on a couple of
windows XP computers I installed on yesterday.

I suppose this is a windows problem, not a CT problem, but any suggestions?

Mouse is a microsoft wheel mouse attached by USB.
