[ct-user] Converting CT8 bins to CT10 or Cabri??

I finally made it to LogBook of the World, and would like to upload my logs 
from CT8 days.

Is there  an 8to10 converter, or any other way to get my CT-8 logs in a 
Cabrillo (or ADIF) format that LOTW will take?
