[ct-user] Converting CT8 bins to CT10 or Cabri??

Jim, AD1C, has a newly released bin to adif converter program available at 
K1EA.COM supposedly converts any CT bin file to adif which can then be 
uploaded to LOTW.

  Is there  an 8to10 converter, or any other way to get my CT-8 logs in a
