[ct-user] CT to ADIF version 5.2 released (DOS and Windows)

CT to ADIF version 5.2 is now available for download:

	http://www.k1ea.com/adif.htm

There is both a DOS and Windows version, read the instructions on the 
"official" web site.  The Windows version is now fully functional and 
supported.

The following changes/fixes were made in this version:

* Reading CT7 files was broken, now fixed
* Fixed SS output for CT 9.42 and later (also writes CHECK/PRECEDENCE)
* ADIF header PROGRAMVERSION is CT version, not conversion program
* Check boxes in windows GUI work now
