[ct-user] Ct-win and XP

 that didn't do it ....all external devices were "none"....anyone else want
to try?

Charles,

Is it possible that it's trying to talk to a rig that isn't hooked up? Try 
booting it without any external rigs, rotors, Ethernet, etc. configured.
