[ct-user] Ct-win and XP

I have win-test...and I love it BUT it doesn't support a lot of the contests
that CT does...it runs fine on the same computer.

Yes, I think you should try Win-Test (http://www.win-test.com). :-)

If Win-Test exhibits the same behavior, then you have a hardware problem (or
virus or device driver issue or something completely unrelated to CTWin).
