[ct-user] CT to ADIF updated 6 April 2008

I updated the CT to ADIF conversion program, it's now at version 5.3:

Two changes:

- CHECK wasn't exported for CT7 logs
- no longer prints empty ADIF fields

There are versions for both DOS and Windows.  Let me know if there are 
any problems.
