Downlaod ct_time for Windows from
http://www.k1ea.com/ct10/ct_tools.zipinstead.  It seems to work with
both V9 and V10 .bin files.

ct_time ss08cw -120

If you can't get it to run on Win98, try it on a WinXP machine.
