[ct-user] re-loading CT992

Trying to re-load CT992 into a "new" computer for the shack and keep getting stopped after the 1st screen with:


                         C:\CT\CTY.DAT not found

OK, I've even downloaded all the new data from the CT site and installed/unzipped it. What am I doing wrong? All I can find on the CT site is a CTY.HTM. Would sure like to have this all up and running for CQP this weekend.
