[ct-user] CTWin and IC7800

CTWin will send commands to the IC7800 and the radio will change bands 
or modes just fine.  However, when I use the front panel buttons to 
change bands or modes CTWin doesn't seem to read the change.  Pretty 
much a 1 way conversation :-) .

I'm using Windows XP, com1, and I've tried several baud rates and all 
available handshake methods.  Any suggestions?
