[ct-user] CT DOS on add-on parallel port

I believe most PCI cards need either OS support like you get from Windows or they need a specific DOS driver. There may be some BIOS setting that may allow the PCI card to be managed by the BIOS and set for a legancy I/O port and IRQ, which would be port 378 and IRQ7. But this is VERY machine specific.  Does the machine have ISA slots in it? An ISA card which manages ports and IRQ's locally will work.
