[ct-user] CT to ADIF version 6.1 released 19 December 2009

I've released CT to ADIF Version 6.1.  You can download it from here:

     http://software.ad1c.us/CT_to_ADIF/

There are both DOS and Windows versions in the .ZIP file.  The web page 
now contains a revision history at the bottom.

There are two changes in this release:

     Ignores QSOs with same callsign as operator (like fix_mine)
     Ignores QSOs where callsign doesn't contain a digit (like TEST)
