What is your Cabrillo file being rejected for?

The robot will accept either version 2.0 or 3.0 formats.

I've noticed that whenever I submit a  log to ARRL I have to modify the 
Cabrillo file.  Can Cabrillo version 3.0 be incorporated into the next 
10.xx maintainance release?
