[ct-user] Ver 10 with Vista

Although I still use CTWin from time to time, I agree with Bob on Win-test
.... In the past I've used CT since the very early versions (pre-NA Logger)
and really got accustomed to the way it looks.  Win-Test looks and acts like
CTWin on steroids!
