Hi Folks,
I have a bunch of unreleased updates to the CT to ADIF conversion
program that I hope to release early this week. My somewhat cryptic
notes are at the end of this message. One of then changes is to output
both FREQ: and FREQ_RX when a QSO is made in split mode. Some software
(like DX4WIN) knows what to do with these two fields.
So if you want to import your log into your every day logging program,
and this feature is important to you, then you might want to wait a day
or two before converting your log.

Features
- windows error reporting
- contest header into ADIF header (incl. QSO count)
- seconds optional
- added some state abbrevs (ARRL DX DX-side)
- freq optional
- multiple arguments on DOS command line
- added contest_id for ARRL VHF (Jan, Jun, Sep)
- shows elapsed time to write ADIF file
- convert name to UPPER/lower case (NAQP)
- Support for split-freq using FREQ_RX
- Field Day class now exported to CLASS field
(field day flag is gone)
Bugs
- SD in CA QSO Party
- 7-land states in NEQP
- fixed some province stuff
- if output file specified with .adi ext, output would be .adi.adi
- for some contests, if the state that was entered was not a 2-letter
state abbreviation, the state (not abbrev) would be written to the
ADIF file.
- program could crash if prefix could not be determined (i.e. VP2V/N6LL)
- empty .BIN file no longer crashes program
- unknown -<option> displays usage message, not "can't open input file"
- Frequency not "made up" if it's invalid (just band)
