[ct-user] Fix Mine Problem

Thanks for the replies to my problem.I downloaded FM10WIN ,extracted files into ctwin folder,I dragged my sept09.bin to FM10win .exe ,A window opens but so does a window saying program needs to shut down.I did same thing with cabrillo file for arrl,same thing happens???

I guess I wont be sending in a log to ARRL
