[ct-user] Setting Lat & Lon

IN CT for DOS you type  the word   SETLAT  in the callsign field once you
are in the program
and that allows you to set BOT LAT and LONG

For CT for Windows ( CTWIN )  I am guessing it is the same routine
but I never have used CTWIN - Try it !
