[ct-user] Updating very out-of-date CT

My very old DOS computer died and I had to upgrade.
 
I found a refurb'd XP machine at a discounter for $200 and downloaded
  CT-WIN from  
http://www.k1ea.com/download/index.htm
 
Works just great!

XP is the latest, I believe.  Head on over to http://www.k1ea.com and
