[ct-user] Data files with new VE sections coming

Sorry for the delay.  I hope to release data files for CW with the new
VE3 (Ontario) sections some time this weekend (October 27/28).  I've
been backed up with too much to do lately, and I am unable to log into
the K1EA web site to upload the files, so I'll be hosting them
somewhere else.
