[ct-user] Adding Mexican States to the multiplier list for the ARRL 10 meter contest

Bob & Bill: I have been using Win-Test for many years after having used
K1EA's CT since its introduction. When I submitted my Cabrillo file for
the 10Meter contest, the ARRL error scanning softwar reduced my Win-Test
multiplier by two. The ARRL acknowledge email had this note:
(one or more QTHs in the copied exchange not recognized)
I suspect that their error check software does not recognize the two
Mexican states I worked but was counted by Win-Test and verified in a
review of the Cabrillo file. 73 Pete W8TWA
