First Fourlanders Meeting in 2001

Hello everyone.  It is that time of year again (actually past time) to have
our first meeting and start planning for the 2001 VHF tests.  I am sorry for
being so tardy on this but my daughters basketball games pretty much wiped
out my Saturdays in January and February.  I have checked the contest
calendar for March and it looks like Saturdays, March 10th and 17th are good
dates.  Saturday, March 31st is also a possibility but I would like to get
together sooner than that if possible.  Please let me know ASAP what your
availability is for those dates.  We could also meet on a different
day/time/location but last I checked everyone seems to be happy with the
Saturday lunch format in Cumming.  Let me know if you want to do something
different and if enough folks agree we will change it.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows at the moment:

1. Approve the new/revised Fourlanders Constitution so Steve can go ahead
and do the incorporation before the next contest.  I will send out an e-mail
copy with the meeting notice and have hard copies at the meeting.

2. Elect 2001 officers.  All existing officers be thinking about if you want
to continue.  Those of you who are not officers at the moment think about
giving it a try.

3. Discuss what we want to do for the 2001 VHF tests.  June only?, September
only? or both.  Who is handling what bands for 2001?

Let me know if you want to add anything to the agenda.

One final thing, dues are now due.  Please send your dues to K4EA either now
or at the meeting.  All dues must be paid before or at the meeting if you
want to continue your membership, be an officer, vote, contest, etc.
