Greetings,
In a phone conversation this evening with W4KXY & K4SZ, it was decided in
the light of Brian's absence that we would make some adjustments to ease
the assembly & dis-assembly of our contest area. We are short on man power
to put all the hardware together, so we make the best of it.
This weekend W4NH plans to operate on 6, 2, 1.25 & .7 meters with three
towers. The major change is that we intend to put the 6m antenna (M2 6M7
belonging to K4SZ) on the tower trailer rig in order to ease the assembly
of that station, which typically is difficult. We will install a second
tower for the 2m station with only one of our long antennas for SSB &
(hopefully, if Neal has one) one of the four element Yagis for FM. The
third tower will be for 222 & 432, one antenna each; a 10 element EZ from
M2 & one of the club's 70cm yagis. Jim plans to operate 2m from my 7x16
utility trailer, which is where the 222/432 station will be also.

Thanks & 73,
