I still have some work to do getting 2 meters ready to go. I have the rig
and amplifier but still need to get a preamp from K4SZ and sequencer from
K5AND. I will do that Saturday. Bob, I will get your mast at K5AND's and
bring it to you if you still want me to. I found a null modem cable at work
earlier this week so I will check the computer interfacing out this weekend
also. It will be a busy weekend for sure. An additional operator for 2
meters would be good. Anyone from 6 meters want to defect? Now let's talk
about something really important, food. I will bring slaw and potato salad
for the BBQ Friday night. Bob your breakfast biscuits are food for the
gods, etc. I will be forever in your debt and wash your Tahoe if you fix us
some for breakfast, etc. Is that enough begging? Bring a couple of gallons
of sweet iced tea and I will wash your Tahoe twice! I would think that
Brian's 8kw generator would be enough to do the job for the stations in the
trailer but I can bring mine as a backup. Just let me know and I will load
it up. By the way, it has wheels now! In closing I would like to say
thanks to Bob, K4SZ. I think I speak for the whole group when I say that
you willingly do more than your share and the entire group recognizes and
appreciates it.

>
> 6m: Neal K4EA, Johnny K4TW and Dick K5AND
> 2m: Jim W4KXY
> 222: Brian NX9O
> 432: Bob K4SZ, Ryan W4RLW

> Dick has said he will help Jim out on 2m some also and we will also have

> Another piece of not so good news that most of you know is that Paul

> Current plans call for the gypsy motorcade to leave "Chateau Sanford and
