[Fourlanders] First Meeting 2004

Hello everyone.  I hope you all had a good holiday.  The time has come to
start making plans for 2004.  I would like to propose that we have our first
meeting of 2004 at either the Dalton Hamfest on 2/28 or the Kennehoochee
Hamfest on 3/20.  Let me know if you have a preference one way or another
otherwise if I don't hear anything I will just pick one.  At this first
meeting of the year we will pay dues for 2004, elect 2004 officers and start
making plans for VHF contesting in 2004.
