Saw this on the reflector, though I would fill you in:

Now onto another subject. I received the following email Friday. Normally,
I would jump at the chance to recruit a new member but I am a little concerned
about his comment about being in "pretty bad shape physically". This brings
visions of wheel chairs and oxygen bottles to mind. I have no desire to have
to give this guy CPR on the mountain. How do you guys think I should respond
to this guy? Does anyone know him?

That is it for now. Talk to you guys again when I get back from Europe.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am a big man, overweight, but has
not stopped me from doing contests at different locations. I can get around,
just takes me a while longer, and may have to stop and take more breaks. No need
for oxygen and wheel chair, at least not yet. Can's climb towers, but can
help out on the ground.

My specialty is mobile contesting, and have been a member of the Tennessee
Contest Group for many years. I am not familiar with WriteLog, use NA here and
have used TR at other stations. I can use either mode, not scared of CW

In reference to the following comment : I have no desire to have to give this
guy CPR on the mountain. I am cerified in CPR, First Aid, and Nationally
certified in EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch), and if , for some reason, one of
the Fourlanders gets sick, and needs any medical attention, I will render aid,
but have been know to put CPR dummies in the hospital. HI HI

If anyone has any questions, feel free to e-mail me. I look forward to
working with you guys, but if it doesn't work out, may consider being a Rover. Just
let me know if you need an extra hand. Either way, Good Luck ! 73 Jeff
