Which artwork?

The wife of one of my colleages is doing custom machine embroidery. 
Today I was quoted $25 for artwork digitizing and $5.00 per "hooping" 
(section) of an embroidery logo. Assumptions include providing the logo 
artwork, the size of the logo fits in about a 4" diameter circle and 
that I would provide the shirts. Embroidery would probably be a bit too 
nice for t-shirts, but would be perfect for polo shirts.

This just happened to be going on around me at the office. I thought I 
would get the detail since there was the question of shirts.
