Thanks for the info Paul but we don't usually buy gas in NC anyway.  It is
cheaper in GA.  We usually stop before we cross into NC and gas up then.

I think I have solved the problem that was preventing me from being able to
send messages to the reflector.  
 
By the way...  gas supplies are pretty good here.  While not all dealers
have gas all the time, you generally don't have to go far to find it.
 
Prices are coming back down.  I have seen $3.09 as recently as yesterday
(was too busy to pay attention today).
