[Fourlanders] Weather

I just checked the weather and it is supposed to be sunny without rain all
weekend.  I think this will be the first contest with good weather in a
couple of years.  I also noticed a large high pressure system parked over
the eastern half of the US.  A quick check of the hepburn tropo index shows
that conditions for tropo will be very favorable this weekend.  Lets keep
our fingers crossed.
