[Fourlanders] Treasury and June Contest Update

Hello everyone.  I am sorry that I am late getting this out but things at
work have been very busy for the past few weeks.  The first tab on the
attached spreadsheet shows our treasury status.  To summarize, our treasury
balance is $342.58 which is good since our liability insurance ($325) will
be due in a few weeks.  The second tab shows our expenses and income for the
June contest.  Total expenses were $372 for generator fuel and Mile High
Campground.  With ten members participating that worked out to $37.20 per
member.  All members who participated paid their portion of the expenses on
the mountain.  Thanks guys!  There is one transaction which is not reflected
on this spreadsheet that everyone should know about.  Neal, K4EA purchased
two 2M5WL antennas and five Rohn tower sections from us for $325.  Instead
of paying us the $325 Neal purchased a new Yaesu G-450A rotator and rotator
cable for us.  Bob, K4SZ has the rotator and rotator cable along with the
rest of the Fourlanders property.  We used the rotator in June on the 2
meter station.  We still have a HyGain rotator available for sale (I don't
remember which model it is).  If you are interested in it contact Bob, K4SZ.
We will take it to Shelby to sell there if no one buys it before then.  When
we sell it we will use the proceeds to purchase another Yaesu G-450A
rotator.  That should give us a net positive of rotators so we don't have to
keep borrowing them from folks for every contest.
