This is obviously an earlier model of the 275H since it does not have the Pass Band Tuning capability.
 
However, it does come with a HM-23 touch tone mic which is worth about $75 by itself.
 
If one of the Fourlanders group buys this rig, I have a few of the hard-to-locate passband filters ($10) needed to convert the Data Level control on the front panel to a Pass Band Tuning control exactly like the later version 275H units had.
 
I also have the details of installing the mod since I had to convert my UHF 475H the same way.

Here is an IC-275H for sale if anyone is interested.  I used one of these on
2 meters during the contest in September.  It worked well and I have to
admit that I like the package.  I am still not convinced that it is better
than a transverter/HF transceiver combo but I will admit that it is more
convenient to get up and running.  The one I used was borrowed from Ron,
WW8RR.  I have more 2 meter capable rigs and transverters now than I know
what to do with so if someone wants to pick this one up maybe they can be 2
meter band captain next year!
