I thought I would forward this along. For those of you who don't know,
Brian, ND3F has decided to get out of the rover business. I know, it is
hard for me to believe also but it is true. The reason he gave was that
there is now too much activity were he is at and he doesn't feel that he
needs to go out to the rare grids any longer. I know, the craziest damn
thing I have ever heard to. Anyway, the one bit of good news is he is
selling out. There are some really nice goodies on this list guys. I may
buy a couple of items myself but I have more radio gear than I know what to
do with now so I am going to leave it to some of the rest of you guys to see
what on this list you would like to purchase and take to the mountain next
year.

Subject: [VHF] for sale items, preliminary list, long message
Here's the first list. There's more. Some notes:
1) first come first served by date-time of email; please reply to item
number
2) items are sold as-is; most are working. If the item is not working,
there is a note.
If you have questions please ask. These items are used.
3) Generally I use USPS for shipping; it's convenient and often the
cheapest.
Some items are not easy to ship, these are noted. You pay shipping except
see 6 below.
4) Some items have been marked as "hold". Usually the note explains; either
there is an offer for the item, or it is being worked on.
5) Generally, I tried to price these items as roughly 50% of new price.
Some
of the things are nicely integrated into systems with relays, relative power
out indicators, etc...basically those additions/accessories are "free".
If you think an item is overpriced, feel free to make an offer.
6) I will meet within 200 miles of zip 21771 to deliver most items, however
scheduling this may be tricky!
7) Whatever documentation I have, I will provide...
8) I have few pictures, but in a pinch can get some--off reflector, of
course.
8) PayPal is skutts at erols.com
