Subject: [VHF] FT-736R w/222 and 1296

Happy New Year everyone!

I have for sale if anyone is interested a Yaesu FT-736R with of course 144
mhz and 432 mhz also has the FEX 736-220
(222 module) and the FEX 736-1.2 (1296 module) Also has the FTS-8 Tone
Encoder, Keyer Unit,XF-455mc Narrow CW filter
(600hz)
Also DC power cord and the AC power cord and working internal power supply.
Also included is the original Operators Manual and the Service Manual and
the original box. 2 meters 70 cm and 220 work fine but 1296 developed and
intermittent problem. Transmits 10 watts as it should but sometimes seems
not be able to tx and rx on the proper freq even thou it indicated full
output. The other bands work fine. I used 2 and 432 only three or four times
and otherwise used this rig only for 220 and 1296 and it has been a good rig
for me. Used it in the rover only the last several years. If interested e
mail me direct. I will take some pictures to have available also. Rig is in
good condition and up until the problem developed on 1296 worked great! I
did not want to take the time to deal with it so I replaced the 1296 with a
TS-2000x ( actually replaced a FT-897 and FT-736 with the 2000) and
replacing the 222 with a transverter.

If there is any interest e mail me off the reflector gmitchatiowatelecom.net
