There are some guys playing with 900 MHz FM in the area.  Not sure if they are set up for simplex on 927.6 or not, but I can find out.

Seriously doubt you would pick up any 927 Mhz FM contacts during contest.
Very little, if any, FM simplex operation there.

BTW: We've got our 927.6875- ARES repeater going on Sawnee Mountain now. The
Four Landers guys around Atlanta may not have been aware of that.
