[Fourlanders] roving

Hi Kim,
Years ago I put together a rover basics powerpoint presentation for 
the SVHFS conference. I could post it or send it if you'd like to see 
it for inspiration/ideas.

WARNING: Roving can be addictive, contagious, and wholly consuming of 
precious resources, specifically time and money. Proceed with caution.
