I have for sale some equipment perfect for someone to get started on 2M 
CW/SSB:

M2 2M12 12 element 2 Meter Beam - $125

Ten Tec 1210 2 Meter Transverter - $110

Tokyo Hy-Power HL-82V 2m linear amplifier. 2-10W in, 35-80W out with
pre-amp - $100


No mods to the transverter - it is stock.  I added a connector to 
remotely control the switches of the amplifier.  The antenna is 
assembled but off of the tower.
