Just be aware that W4NH operates in the June and September contests from
Soco Bald (EM85jm). EM85sh sounds fairly close. Nothing against beacons,
we use them all the time to check out our receivers, rotator alignment, etc.
Please make sure that it is clean. No clicks on the CW, etc. If you need
any technical assistance we have test equipment available and several folks
in the group that would be glad to help you out. We would also like your
contact info (telephone and email) so if we do experience interference we
can ask that it be turned off during those two contest weekends.

Hello all,
New to this list in order to get any input concerning a 6 meter beacon to be
installed at EM85sh, Henderson County, NC. See only one shown as active on
the SVHFS site, the Repeater Directory used to list a bunch, never heard
them though. So anybody have a suggested frequency?
