[Fourlanders] FW: [VHFcontesting] SDR "Friendly" converters

I have previously purchased from High Sierra in years past but I'm not
familiar with this new line of converters. Looks like something else
that needs to be investigated.

I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has used a SDR "Friendly"
converter for VHF/UHF Weak Signal operations. They're available at very
reasonable prices from High Sierra Microwave, a company that I'm not
familiar with.

I already own and use an RF Spaces SDR-IQ on the HF bands, and having
the spectrum analyzer as a visual tool is addictive. It would be nice to
use this converter along with some omni-directional halo antennas for
spotting. 

Very interested in anyone who has used something similar on VHF/UHF.
