Not sure if Tom (K4TJD) has been added to the reflector list yet so this
is the info he passed to Scott and I right after the contest about the
E-Bay source for those keyboards (which have gone up in price a bit)

Subject: [Fourlanders] Misc from contest, etc.

Just wanted to request a couple of things that we saw and talked about
at the contest and mention some other things while I was catching up.

Tom K4TJD had a micro Keyboard that many of us lusted after. Tom, could
you give us the info on where to get those? Thanks.

Scott NN4W had an HDTV dongle that worked well and was inexpensive.
Scott, could you fill us in on that? Thanks.

I forgot to mention in the contest summary about Gary N8CQ, proud owner
of the new 30' dish that he was showing pix of when he was there.
Anyone who hasn't seen them, e-mail me or Gary and we'll send you some
of the pix to look at. Very impressive and we know you'll be very happy
when you get it set up somewhere. Gary has also made some modifications
to his portable 432 EME trailer set-up and has had it on the moon
already with great success. Congratulations to Gary.

Another item of interest. Some of us have the small eeePC from ASUS and
are quite happy with them and having fun. They have started a
revolution among the other manufacturers and now there are micro form
factor notebooks out from Acer, HP and others. I noticed that even
WalMart had the Acer with XP home for $350. The little Fujitsu's are
the only ones that haven't come down in price. Scott also said that the
9" ASUS eeePC is also out now and I think he said Tom (WOU) has one.

I have put out a list of items for sale from the estate of Fred K4KAZ
for your inspection and first crack at the items.

I also have a couple of things that someone may be interested in that I
will list here. No room in the new house!

Yamaha P22 upright studio piano, walnut
Yamaha DX21 FM synthesizer keyboard, stand Dining room table, Oak,
trestle legs, two leaves, six chairs. 6' to 8'
3 Antique German pendulum wall clocks

Thanks and 73, Bob W4ZST
