Wow, I really feel the love! A non contest related question for the group.
While getting things together tonight for the contest I noticed that my MFJ
antenna analyzer is gone. I vaguely remember loaning it to someone. If
that person is on this list please let me know. I don't need it for
anything but I would like to know who has it.

Subject: [Fourlanders] contest update
Now have phone and DSL at the new QTH. We'll have to run a wire to the
trailer and move the modem out there for the contest, but I have wire
and we should be able to quickly do it on Saturday.
The 432 station is complete and running. 800W out with the DEMI
transverter driving the linear. Using the FT1000MP for IF rig. copying
beacons, etc.
I have cranked up 432 and 222 towers and run the 222 feedlines into the
trailer. We will only have to crank up 6 & 2 and dress the feedlines
tomorrow. Scott and Brian are going to set their stations up in the
morning. Should have plenty of time.
Jeff and Kos are taking care of food and Jeff was going to send an
update himself on who has signed up giving you one last chance to get on
the list. We are on our own for Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and
then they have it covered.
We have five ops including myself spending the night Saturday night and
I have accommodations for all of us. A couple of us will have to double
up in the same room with separate beds, but it shouldn't be a problem as
we've put Jim in the single room by himself!!!!!
Steve, Tom McElroy and Kim sent e-mails that that they won't be able to
make it, but I think we have enough ops. There are at least five
besides the five spending the night. The others are close and going
home to sleep.
Kos is bringing Jim's table for the trailer set-up and another small
electric heater for one of the bedrooms in the house. I have sheets and
pillows for all, but if you are cold natured you might want to bring an
extra blanket as I don't have more than one each. A sleeping bag will
work too.
It was 10 in the front yard at 9AM this morning, 35 inside the building
and about 35 inside Great White. I've been running a small space heater
in Great White and got it up to 68 easily with no radios running and
just me working on my set-up, so I don't think we'll have a problem when
we all get in there and have the amps running. We will have to set in
and out of the door quickly though since GW doesn't have insulation.
See everyone in the morning. I'll check e-mail again tonight so let me
know if anything is up or any questions or call my cell.
