[Fourlanders] Amateur Radio License Plates Now Cost $

I just found out today that effective May 12th it now costs to apply for and
renew an amateur radio license plate in Georgia (it was free).  The new fees
are $55 to renew and $80 to apply for an amateur radio license plate!  That
is more than I am paying in tax for the Explorer!  I guess I will not be
renewing my amateur radio license plate next year.  Too bad, so sad.
