Ron/Kos/all,
somewhat new data point. the issue seems to be a CAT/HRD related item.
I unhooked the speaker output and listened to the transmit audio in
DM-780 stand alone and from within HRD. I heard NO level change.
SO, the conclusion is there is some power slider that I have not found
or a CAT command issue.
It will be interesting when I get the Icom 706 CAT cable so I can use
HRD and DM-780 with the IC706 rather than just DM-780.
any idea where the HRD power output adjustment is located???
thanks!!
