[Fourlanders] FW: [VHF] foot switches

I have a generic foot-switch, but it's rugged.
It mounts on the right leg of my desk, and I hit it with my right
knee/thigh.

There was a picture of that set-up in an old Handbook.
It might have been inspired by the AT&T operators of the day.

Sometimes a foot switch on the floor is hard to find with my feet, or I kick
it.
