Yeah, I worked him.  I remember because of his unique call sign.  He was
very weak but the band was quiet and I was able to pull him out.

I don't often get mail like this, but in case any of the 6M op's
remember the contact...The rig is listed as a TS-680S and the antenna
is an MFJ-1796 multiband vertical. I am guessing his ERP was much less
than 10w. His grid is EM95mv and puts the contact right at 129 miles.
I guess 6M was really quiet.

Hello Brian and gang...

Thanks for the contest contact... good job on your end!!! Only running
10 watts to 6m vertical dipole @ 25 feet!  Located in Statesville, NC.
New setup just trying to pass out some QSOs. Only second contact on 6m
here at new QTH.  73 and hope you grab'em all!
