Subject: D-STAR Workshop

John Davis, DEC for Georgia Public Broadcasting and a leader in Georgia
for all things D-STAR offers the following:
D-STAR InfoCon is a one-day workshop to provide information and
complete training on all levels of D-STAR.  It will be held on
Saturday, April 23rd, at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville,
Georgia, just 30 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta.  Classes will
be organized to allow participants on all levels from new users to
repeater system administrators to gain knowledge about D-STAR's digital
voice and data technology.  Participants can choose from informative,
hands-on classes on a wide variety of topics.  A special class track
for repeater system administrators will provide valuable information on
topics from repeater basics to complete setup and ongoing
administration.

Class size for D-STAR InfoCon is limited and advance registration and
payment is required. The cost for attending D-STAR InfoCon is $25.00
per person payable with your advance registration.  A buffet lunch in
the campus Dining Hall is included in your registration fee.  There
will be a drawing for an Icom IC-80AD dual band D-STAR handheld.

For complete information and to register online, go to
www.dstarinfo.com in the Conference tab for D-STAR InfoCon.  Payment is
accepted via PayPal.  Payment must be made with your advance
registration.
