[Fourlanders] Fwd: Alabama 4/27/11 TORNADO MAP

Jim, W4KXY, sent an interesting PDF to the list. Unfortunately, it is over
1MB and I still don't have an answer as to what the acceptable maximum file
size attachment can be on the reflector. I have ftp'd the file over to the
Fourlanders website. You can link to it directly at:

http://w4nh.org/Other/TORNADO_MAP.pdf

There are a couple of other images that are also rather sobering. This next
one is a composite of NOAA doppler rotation data for just April 27, 2011.

WHNT Huntsville, posted some before and after wipe images:

We are so lucky that this did not happen on the Thursday before or during
the SVHFS conference.

I don’t know who may have seen this but I thought that it was interesting.
Note the EF5 that cut across the state just north of Huntsville. That is
what probably cut the power and killed the conference.
