[Fourlanders] Rare Yaesu FT-650 6m/10m/12m transceiver FS

For what it is worth Steve, K4RF had one of these and claimed that it was 
the best 6 meter radio ever made.  They are rare and I would be tempted to 
grab it myself but I already have three or four radios that will do 6.
