[Fourlanders] [WriteLog] Change Operator function lost in ver. 11.04

Since the CQ VHF contest is only two bands, the reduced number of positions
would make it ideal for testing another product if we chose to do so. Not sure
whether we really have time to work through a choice and to get things setup by
then though.

It appears we dodged a big bug in WriteLog by staying with our older
version for this past year or two.

It also appears that there are no other significant multi-ops using
WriteLog. Hmmmm....should we be reconsidering?

Thoughts?

Hi Paul & Mike,

The "Change Operator" function is confirmed broken, but in 10.86 it was
also broken.  In fact, Wayne went back a couple years and its been broken
for some time now and its only now come to our attention.  A fix for this
is coming in WL 11.05, I believe.

Thanks!
