The CSAC is a really interesting device, but its specs aren't anything 
like a "real" cesium.  The main claim to fame is 
much-better-than-crystal long term stability (aging) with fast warmup 
time in a very tiny and low power package.  The short term stability and 
phase noise aren't particularly good -- you wouldn't want to use it at 
the input to a microwave multiplier.

But it's an amazing breakthrough nonetheless and has been discussed a 
lot on the time-nuts list.
