Jeff was by here today and we worked out the final details for the food
for the contest weekend. I have also been working on the camping
arrangements. Since I can't put an attachment over the reflector,
anyone who wants to see the first pass at camping spaces that I haven't
sent it to, just let me know and I'll send it along. It is pretty much
what we've done all along in the past. I added a space today so we
should be good for that.

Here is the menu:

Friday Dinner - Ham, German Potato Salad, Green Salad
Saturday Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, ham, onions, peppers, hash browns
Saturday Lunch - Sloppy Joes, slaw, tater chips
Saturday Dinner - A big treat here - Jerry W5TDY is smoking Brisket and
Sausage and bringing Charo beans too. "God Bless Texas!"
Sunday Breakfast - Pancakes and Sausage
Sunday Lunch - Brats, tater chips
Sunday Dinner - Spaghetti and MeatBalls, Green Salad
Monday Breakfast - French Toast, Bacon

I have the following down on the full time ops food list for 8 meals and
3 nights camping: W4KXY, NN4W, K4TJD, N4NIA, NX9O, WW8RR, KI4US, W4ZST,
K4VJM, W0ONR, K5AWC, K5SFE & Charlotte. Full time kids are Claire
KK4JJT, Jason KF5DSP & Robert KF5IRC.

Part Time: W4SDR & Audrey, 1 night, Sat Lunch thru Sun Lunch
W4ATL, 2 nights, Friday dinner thru Sun Dinner
WG8S, 1 night, Saturday lunch thru Sun Dinner
W5TDY, 1 night, Saturday dinner thru Sun Lunch
W4SKI & Elke, 2 nights, Sat breakfast thru Sun dinner

If there is anything different that what I've listed here, just let me
know and I'll update the list, either for camping or food.

This is a total of 19 adults and 4 kids. Hmmm... Four Kids!! Think we
could get them on all four bands at the same time?.......

Things are coming together well it seems. Thanks to all of you who were
here for the workday on Saturday. We got a lot of stuff done and you
all helped me out too by doing it. We didn't finish with the 6m station
set-up till 11PM, but it is all working flawlessly now, regular and WSJT
are tested and ready to go.

There will be a shorter work session this Saturday late afternoon for
Brian to load all his gear and get the truck ready. Jim will also be
here to finish packing the 6m station. I am going to go to the Atlanta
Hamfest in the morning, Rocco's Pub in Marietta for Lunch and then back
here for the short work session. I don't think we need any other help,
but if anyone wants to come, you are welcome. I think I should be back
by 3:30 PM from Marietta at the latest.

All for now. Looking forward to a great contest weekend on the mountain.

73, Bob
