[Fourlanders] Another Open House At W4KXY QTH

Hello everyone.  We are having another open house at my QTH next Sunday, 8/10 from 2 to 4 PM.  If you or anyone you know is looking for a "ham radio ready" home in the Buford/Mall of Georgia/Dacula area of Gwinnett County they should come by.  If a ham buys I will include the 47 foot county permitted tower in the deal at no additional cost.  Antennas, feed lines, etc. can also be included.  The basement ham shack has a conduit for feed lines to the base of the tower and is wired with two 240 VAC 20 Amp circuits.  Makes me wonder why I am moving!
